  1. All  copyrights to Advanced MP3 Catalog are exclusively  owned  by
  2. Wizetech Software.

  4. Advanced MP3 Catalog is a Shareware. If you intend to use Advanced
  5. MP3  Catalog after the trial period of 30 days, you must  register
  6. your copy of Advanced MP3 Catalog or stop using it.
  7.  
  8. Once  registered, you are granted a non-exclusive licence  to  use
  9. Advanced  MP3  Catalog on one computer at a time.  The  registered
  10. Advanced  MP3  Catalog  software may  not  be  rented,  leased  or
  11. transferred.

  13. Advanced   MP3  Catalog  unregistered  shareware  may  be   freely
  14. distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No
  15. person  or  company  may  charge a fee  for  the  distribution  of
  16. Advanced MP3 Catalog without written permission from the copyright
  17. holder.

  19. Advanced  MP3 Catalog is distributed "AS IS" and you  assume  full
  20. responsibility  for determining the suitability  of  Advanced  MP3
  21. Catalog and for results obtained.

  23. Wizetech Software makes no warranty that all errors have  been  or
  24. can  be  eliminated from Advanced MP3 Catalog software  and,  with
  25. respect  thereto, Wizetech Software shall not be  responsible  for
  26. losses,  damages,  costs, or expenses of any kind  resulting  from
  27. using   or   misusing  Advanced  MP3  Catalog  including   without
  28. limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime,
  29. damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of  any
  30. deficiency,  defect, bug, error or malfunction. Wizetech  Software
  31. shall  not  be  liable for any indirect, special,  incidental,  or
  32. consequential  damages relating to or arising out of  the  subject
  33. matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.

  36. MP3  CATALOG  AT YOUR OWN RISK. WIZETECH SOFTWARE,  DISCLAIMS  ALL
  37. WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
  38. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY  WILL
  39. BE  LIABLE  FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR  ANY  OTHER
  40. KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
